Only these agencies are covered by the Belgian Law and clients and/or services are covered by the Guarantee Fund. Only licensed agencies can issue vouchers and send out invoices for services such as accommodation, transport, restaurants, guided services and any other personal services which are part of the travel and meetings industry.
